At AcadXL, we follow a clear, structured, and student-first approach. This policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and transfers are handled. We strongly recommend students and parents review this policy carefully before enrollment.

1. General Terms

  • All registration, admission & administrative fees are non-refundable.
  • Study material (printed or digital) once issued is non-refundable.
  • Fees paid for tests, mock exams, or test series are non-refundable.
  • Refund eligibility is strictly time-based, not satisfaction or performance-based.

2. Online Programs

Once access is granted to any online content — including live classes, recordings, PDFs, LMS dashboards, or test portals — no refund shall be applicable.

  • Crash Courses
  • Online Test Series
  • Combo / Bundled Programs

Reason: Digital content is instantly accessible and cannot be revoked once delivered.

3. Refund Policy for Offline Classroom Programs

Applicable to offline and center-based classroom programs.

Before Batch Start 100% Tuition Fee (excluding non-refundable components)
Within 7 Days 80% Tuition Fee
8–21 Days 60% Tuition Fee
22–30 Days 40% Tuition Fee
After 30 Days No Refund (except approved special cases)

Timelines are calculated from the official batch start date or joining date, whichever is later.

4. Course Transfer / Batch Change

  • No monetary refund for incorrect course selection.
  • One-time course or batch transfer allowed within 7 days.
  • Transfers subject to seat availability and approval.

5. Special Cases (Applicable to Offline & Online Programs)

In exceptional circumstances, refunds may be considered only with valid documentary proof and explicit management approval.

  • Severe Medical Emergency / Illness Up to 80% refund may be considered even after the standard refund timeline, subject to valid medical certificates and verification.
  • Family Relocation (Parent’s Job Transfer): Up to 50% refund may be considered, supported by official employer-issued transfer documentation.
  • Death of Student or Immediate Family Member: Full refund may be considered on humanitarian grounds, subject to appropriate proof and management review.
  • Other Genuine Hardships: Any other exceptional situation may be evaluated strictly on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of AcadXL Management.

⚠️ Approval under special cases is not guaranteed and remains entirely subject to internal verification and management decision.

All such cases require valid documentation and final approval from AcadXL Management.

6. Refund Request Process

All refund requests must be submitted via email only. student.support@acadxl.com

  1. Student Name & Enrollment ID
  2. Course Name
  3. Registered Mobile & Email
  4. Payment Proof
  5. Supporting Documents (if applicable)

Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7 working days after approval.

7. Steps to Raise a Refund Request

  1. Refund request must be submitted via email only from the registered student email ID to:

  2. The email must clearly mention the reason for refund along with all relevant supporting documents.
  3. Hand-written or offline refund requests will NOT be accepted.
  4. If the refund is applicable as per AcadXL’s refund policy, the approved amount will be transferred to the student’s bank account within 7 working days.

📄 Documents Required:

  • Copy of the fee receipt
  • Copy of the front page of the bank passbook or cancelled cheque
    (Account Holder Name, Account Number & IFSC Code must be clearly visible)
  • Any additional documents, if requested by AcadXL during verification

8. Non-Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds shall NOT be provided under the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind, dissatisfaction with teaching quality, or any personal reasons after the eligible refund timeline.
  • Failure to meet exam or admission eligibility criteria (e.g. minimum board percentage requirements, documentation issues, errors during form filling, etc.).
  • Any disciplinary action, misconduct, or termination initiated by AcadXL as per institute rules.
  • Technical issues from the student’s side, including but not limited to device malfunction, internet connectivity problems, or software issues.
